If you are looking for a realtor Bryant is your man! When I first started the home buying process he told me step by step what I needed to do in order to by a house. I told him what I wanted and where I wanted to be, I told him what my budget was and how much extra I was willing to spend for the right home.
He took my husband and I to several nice homes he listened to what I liked and disliked about each house, then on the last viewing day he took me to 3 houses and he saved the best for last and it was everything I told him I wanted and more! He’s the best realtor in all of Chicago and if I where to buy again or sale my house he’ll be my go to person!

In a time of crisis, Bryant was a superhero. I was referred to Bryant by our mortgage broker and he took us in despite the tight timeline and sense of urgency to find a home for my family. He was speedy, responsive, but most of all transparent - which made it easy to lean on him and trust his direction and insight. His personable conversation and candor created a lighthearted atmosphere that didn’t feel strictly transactional, which is another great quality given the amount of rapport that occurs during a home purchase. Bottom line- would I recommend Bryant? Absolutely. Would I refer him to my friends and family? 11 times out of 10.
